Renaissance Shops Prequalification Meeting & MBE Networking Event

Join Self-Help on September 25th for a prequalification meeting and MBE meet and greet. The event is for contractors who wish to participate in the Renaissance Center (now Renaissance Shops) redevelopment. General contractors are required to attend in order to bid on the project.

More Information

Self-Help was selected by the city of Greensboro early this year to redevelop the Phillips Avenue shopping center now known as the Renaissance Shops. We are hosting this event in advance of an invited bid process that will begin in early November. General contractors will be required to go through a prequalification process in order to be invited to bid on the project.

Attending this event is a mandatory part of the prequalification process.

At the event, we will provide information about Self-Help's vision for the space, and about the anticipated scope of the project. There will also be time for MBEs, subcontractors and general contractors to network.

Please RSVP by registering now or by emailing Kim Cameron, Self-Help's Director of Real Estate, at kim.cameron@self-help.org.
